AAAVyT offers to agencies the chance to hire technical coaching, in order to improve competitivity, product innovation, technological updating and ISO Standards, condensed in a Company Development Project.

General Services

All the associated agencies are supported by the Institution, which looks after their interests and legal certainty, their continuous training and professional excellence necessary for operating in the field. In compliance with these principles, the AAAVYT provides its associates with the following services:

• Institutional Representation. Before official bodies and private entities of the tourism field.
  
• Institutional Support. The AAAVYT specially emphasizes the fact that the associated agencies operate with responsibility and earnestness, abiding by the Code of Ethics of the Institution, and guarantee the quality of the services they provide.
• Professional Defense. For the activity to be respected and valued, the AAAVYT accompanies its associates in every stage and has developed a tool to record complaints, compile background information and submit the information to the National Ministry of Tourism. Such tool is known as the Verifier of Infringements.
• On the other hand, the AAAVYT is responsible for the Registry of Qualified Professionals, by delegation of the National Ministry of Tourism. Namely, the Institution grants the permissions required under Law No. 18829, which provides that travel agencies must have a qualified professional in the tourism field, for the purpose of encouraging agencies to hire skilled technical personnel with professional qualifications. In short, the idea is to promote the self-control of the factors present in the tourism market.
• Tax and Legal Advisory Services. The Institution has a staff of top advisers (legal & tax) with plenty of experience in the examination of issues related to the Tourism and Travel Agencies.
• Professional Training and Updating. Training is promoted as the key tool to reach the adequate quality standards, within the margins providing for environmental sustainability. The Annual Training and Updating Plan, together with the various Courses and Seminars given throughout the year, represent the Institution’s contribution towards its associates’ professional excellence.
• Miscellaneous procedures and formalities:
  
  1. Procedure for Visa Application.
     Simplification of the procedures to be followed by associated agencies before the relevant consulates.
     
  2. B. Procedures before the National Ministry of Tourism.
     Acceleration of the delivery and pick-up of correspondence, vouchers and documents to and from the National Ministry of Tourism.
• Participation in Events.
  1. The Annual Congress, dealing with current and highly interesting topics for the Sector, is an open environment which may be accessed by associates under special conditions, while actively taking part through their proposals and suggestions.
  2. In La Rural, Predio Ferial de Buenos Aires, the International Tourism Fair of Latin America -FIT-, the most important exhibition of Sector in the Southern Cone, takes place on a yearly basis. AAAVYT’s associates are particularly invited to take part -either as guests or as exhibitors- receiving special assistance, which makes their work at the Fair easier.
• Internet presence
  Through the institutional web portal, which was designed to facilitate the communication and access to the data of the Institution and its associates, you may access the different blogs of the regions, the official web site of the Registry of Qualified Professionals and other sites of interest related to the Sector.
  Associated Agencies are directly promoted and supported by the Institution, since their data is posted on the web and access to each of the agencies’ website is easier using the Travel Agencies Search, found under associates. In addition, in the link Joining us means winning, the site redirects every agency willing to join the AAAVYT to the different Regional Associations.
• Other Benefits
  Agreements with private institutions are from time to time celebrated, in the belief that they entail a benefit and facilitate the task of the associates. The agreements currently in force were entered into with:
  
  
  • Mutual Tourism Association (Asociación Mutual de Turismo),
  • Comprehensive Insurance for offices of Tourism Agencies,
  • Mandatory Life Insurance and Technical Insurance,
  • Agreements with Management System Suppliers for Travel Agencies and Supplies.
